If your order has not shipped yet, then you can likely still cancel your order. Please contact us immediately to request cancellation.

We currently only ship to customers in the main 48 US states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, then please contact us for a shipping quote. For our international customers, we currently do not serve any countries outside of the United States. We suggest using a freight forwarder that we can ship to in the United States that can forward it to your international address.

Orders are processed same day and generally ship from the manufacturer within 72 hours. Check the product page of the rug in question to view the estimated transit time.

We ship FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for all orders. Rugs that are abnormally heavy or long might have to ship with a common LTL carrier. All orders ship free to the main 48 US states.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Restock fees and return shipping will apply and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the rug does not match the color that you see online, then we will review on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will be able to return the order without any cost to our customers.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
Price Match
What qualifies an item for a price match?
What qualifies an item for a price match?
We'll match a competitor's price if it's for the exact same product. The product must be in stock at a competitors store with a price that can be verified online or by phone. The price match request must be made at the time of purchase or with 7 days.
Does not apply to free offers, club membership discounts, clearance items, limited-quantity items, factory seconds, returned, used, off-quality, "stacking" of multiple offers (e.g., free items, plus price matching, plus rebates, etc.), typographical errors, competitor's prices already reduced by a price match, or auction web sites.

BuyAreaRugs reserves the right to verify the item's identity and price before applying the price match. We hold the right to reject any price match request that we determine does not meet our policy conditions.
